As things are constantly changing as the days go by, we thought it would be a perfect time to remind our customers how we are helping make their jewelry experience as safe, and as comfortable, as possible.
Below we have listed some of the strict cleaning regulations we are adhering to, and some of the purchase options you have as our customer to ensure a safe experience:
-We are frequently cleaning & sanitizing high touch points in our showroom such as doorknobs & the tops of our showcases prior to, and following, all customer interactions.
-All employees are regularly washing their hands prior to, and following, any and all interactions with customers or pieces
-All of our employees are required to wear masks at work during all parts of the day.
-We are strongly encouraging our guests to wear their own masks while in the showroom.
-We offer curbside drop off & pick up for any purchase or service done on pieces.
-For the first time ever, we are opening our showroom up to our customers for private one-on-one consultations or shopping appointments.
-Our website is always open & new inventory is always being added. Additionally, we offer free shipping to show our appreciation for our customers.
