I found their customer service to be top-notch, and sales kept low-key. Glenn offered good ideas but no pressure which I appreciated. I have been using them for over 10 years with no disappointment. Quality of their work is excellent.

Glen was very helpful, courteous and knows his stuff when it comes to jewelry. He helped me pick out a nice pendant for my wife for a Mother’s Day present. I highly recommend you give Ballard & Ballard a try. You won’t regret it.

I had the pleasure of working with Glenn at Ballard and Ballard Jewelers recently to appraise a couple of pieces of jewelry my wife and I needed to insure. It was an easy and stress-free process and he provided an insurance option I could compare versus adding The items as a writer to my current homeowners policy. There are some benefits to separating those two policies and Glenn made it simple to understand. I will definitely reach out to them in the future for any jewelry purchase or repair needs.

Guy Ballard listened to my thoughts of creating a new ring, from my mother's jewerly. By adding his creative ideas, the ring holds beautiful memories of the past, wrapped in a new style, for a new day. It looks better than I could imagine.
