Happy 2022 everyone! Last month The Pantone Color Institute, the leading organization on defining and classifying color as we know it, announced what they believe the color of 2022 will be and we are OBSESSED!
Meet the color of the year, Very Peri! (or Pantone 17-3938 to be technical) Very Peri is a color that has been described as, “Warm and friendly” while giving off very calming blue tones.
Why are we so into this color? While Pantone announces a new color of the year at the end of each calendar year, this caught our attention as it’s so stunning, and so close to the natural hues of one of our favorite gemstones, Tanzanite!
Tanzanite is a BEAUTIFUL gemstone that is perfect for every occasion! Very Peri is such a unique blue tone with some purple hues in it, why would you not want such an amazing color represented in a natural gemstone that you can wear everyday of 2022!
