With this first month of 2021 being off to a bit of a rocky start all across the country, we at Ballard & Ballard wanted to make sure that this month does not dictate the rest of the year.
We want to make sure that this year gets off on the right foot, and to kick things off we want to hear from you, our customers!
We published a previous blog post several months ago asking for your input on what we can do better, and what our customers want to see. We have taken those suggestions to heart & will be implementing some of them as we go forward into 2021!
We are putting out another call to our customers to let us know what you want to see on our social media feeds, or in store, during this year.
Is there a section of our store you would like to see more of? Maybe there’s a type of content you want to see less of? We are open to any and all suggestions!
A tremendous amount of our customers wanted to see more of their own love stories showcased on our accounts, and we couldn’t agree more! We are opening up our email to submissions that we can work into our content because we love to see our stunning pieces used in the wild.
If you would like to submit a photo or story about one of our pieces you can do so anytime by emailing Landon at landon@ballardgem.com. He would love to write about your story to share with our customers!
